www.facebook.com/MorgansVeryunOfficialTravelGuides We visited Coco Cay as part of our 5 day cruise on the Monarch of the Seas. The island is amazing! There are several activities, including snorkeling, “adventure park”,and jet-ski, (all for an extra price), or you can just chill out on the beach and enjoy the amazing ocean. Watch to the end for a special tip about the best beach on the island!

Tell me how you accidentally got into the waterpark at Atlantis without paying and you got a deal. LOL. telishaemerson@gmail.com.
HAHAHAHA!
Well thank you very much for the offer, but I think I’m going to have to pass : ) How about this: if you pay for my cruise, I will pay for all the meals and non-alcoholic beverages onboard? As a special treat, I will also pay for everybodies entrance to the shows onboard. Come on, it’s a great deal!
I am cruising Majesty of the Seas October 8th. You can only join us if you pay for all of us. LOL!
Thanks for posting this. Going on my first cruise on june 1-4 which happens to be on Monarch and want to know what to expect to make it as enjoyable as possible, your videos have been very helpful.
Barefoot Beach is to the right once you get on the island. Oh, and my name is Morgan
When are you cruising? I want to come with!
Brian, is Barefott Beach to the left or right once you head into the island?
Thank you so much for posting this, we look forward to being there soon!
The most recent info I have is that the Coco Cay tender names are: Cococutter I, Cococutter II, and Ship II Shore.
CORRECTION: take an immediate right through the lobby
drink of cococay the coco loco was really good! the jet skiis seemed fun but it was 90 bucks a person for a tour and on a tour you cant do what you want you have to do what a guide tells you to do and go where they tell you to go. the big water slide was a rip off too because is costed 20 bucks just for a inflateable water slide. overall coco cay was okay just be prepared to throw out some green. the meal was pretty good though.
id advise anyone whos going to nassau to do your own thing once you get there and DONT do the expensive excursions becuse they are huge letdowns compared to what you do on your own.
and for CoCo Cay. i thought it was a joke, everything seemed to be unnatural and man-made. everything was way overpriced too! they also like to price gauge you. they buy there products in nassau and then sell them to you for twice or 3 times what they paid while your in cococay. but i have to admit the signiture
rum out of there stash in the sand. they actually dug a hole in the sand and put about 10 bottles of rum in it and covered it up and served them selves as anyone needed more alcohol. these were the awesomest people ive ever met in another country. so all of these negative posts about nassau are worthless. it depends on where u go. they were probbly the one to pay over a hundred bucks a person to do some stupid excursion or tour at the excursion desk on the ship.
the beach. if there are a few bahamians trying to sell you beach chairs and umbrellas your in the right place. walk through the entrance to the beach. when we were there on march 28th the waves were 3 to 4 feet high and the view was amazing! there were some bahamians selling bahama mammas out of the coconut shells to the right. these were truely the friendliest, funniest, natives to any vacation spot ive ever met. we spent about 2 hours drinking bahama mammas out of coconuts with them and diggin
i just got off of the monarch of the seas and we went to nassau and cococay. in nassau i found the most beautiful beach i have ever seen. first cross the bridge over to atlantis then walk into the lobby of the first hotel you see when u pass through the gates to your left. walk through the lobby take an immediate left as you enter and follow that all the way down until your forced to exit the building at the dead end. walk straight out the doors and about 60 yards until you see the entrace to
Went in 96 on sovereign of the seas… The boat to the island was called the kontiki raft… We all got slashed on rum I was hammered whilst I was snorkelling and I ws only 15 lol

Sorry. No idea anymore!
Do you remember the name of the Jamaican reggae band on board???
im going there this summer and cant wait!!!
I know what you mean about Nassau. Now that I have been there and seen Atlantis, the next time we go I think I will just stay on the ship!
WE FOUND BAREFOOT BEACH EARLY. PERSONALLY I COULD HAVE SKIPPED NASSAU AND STAYED ON BAREFOOT BEACH FOR EVER
Yes, it’s only the official “snorkeling area” where you need a life jacket.
can you snorkel at barefoot beach if you bring your own stuff?
