Recently, GaijinPot sat in on a ramen shop for an afternoon with the very gracious Fumio Tamiwaki. It was an amazing experience from something that usually appears completely normal to those who have been in Japan for a long time: interesting to hear about his experiences and to pick out some nuggets of noodly information. There should be ramen shops ALL OVER America, im really tired of eatting the same home-cookable ramen(and instant ramen) over and over again, I wish a new taste of ramen every time i eat it rather than the same every day.
